Eric specializes in helping property owners navigate difficult real estate situations when they feel they have nowhere else to turn. With access to multiple purchasing and problem-solving strategies, he can often provide homeowners with solutions that traditional buyers cannot.

Before entering real estate full-time, Eric managed multimillion-dollar construction and remodeling projects for Walmart and completed projects for companies including La-Z-Boy, Owens-Illinois, Owens Corning, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler. He also served in the military for 32 years, commanding and training thousands of troops before retiring.

Eric holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees and numerous professional certifications in project management, engineering, technology, safety, and related fields. His passion is simplifying complex problems and creating practical solutions that are easy to understand and implement.
